This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wallet Master (“Service”), operated by New Ventures (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wallet Master is an on-chain wallet analytics platform for Solana and Polymarket. The Service includes a Discord Bot, Web App, Token Creators database, Polymarket Radar, Wallet Database, and API access depending on your subscription plan. The Service is available at walletmaster.tools and app.walletmaster.tools.

3. Accounts and Access

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share, transfer, or resell your account access to others. One subscription = one user, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer the following plans:

  • Plus – $125/month
  • Wallet Database + API – $250/month
  • Custom – pricing by agreement

All prices are in USD. Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Payments are processed through Discord. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided. The Service grants immediate access to digital content and tools upon subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data without prior written agreement
  • Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from the Service for purposes other than your own personal research
  • Use the Service to build or power competing products or services
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service outside of the provided API
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity

Any suspicious activity, abuse, data mining, data theft, or violation of these terms will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.

7. API Terms

API access is included with the Wallet Database + API plan and Custom plans.

  • Personal use: The standard Wallet Database + API plan is for personal use only – your own research, analysis, and automation
  • Commercial use: If you want to use Wallet Master data to power a product, service, or community, you must arrange a Custom plan. Contact us before using the API commercially.
  • Rate limits: API usage is subject to token credit limits as specified in your plan (1 billion token credits per month for the standard plan). Exceeding limits may result in throttling.
  • No redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish raw API data without prior written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, data, analytics, tools, and infrastructure provided through the Service are owned by New Ventures or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal research purposes.

You retain ownership of any original content you create using insights from the Service. However, the underlying data, metrics, and analytics remain our property.

9. Disclaimer – Not Financial Advice

The Service is a research and analytics tool. It is not financial advice.

Nothing provided through Wallet Master – including wallet analytics, PnL data, token creator data, copy trading metrics, or any other information – constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All data is provided for informational and research purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We do not recommend, endorse, or suggest any specific trades, wallets, tokens, or strategies.

10. Data Accuracy

We work hard to provide accurate, high-quality data. Our PnL calculations use custom filtering to remove noise from transfers, airdrops, and MEV. However:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
  • Blockchain data can contain anomalies, delays, or errors beyond our control
  • Historical data may be revised as our filtering methods improve
  • You should not rely solely on our data for any financial decision

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Trading losses or missed opportunities
  • Losses resulting from reliance on data provided by the Service
  • Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

13. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Discord. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice or refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in suspicious, abusive, or harmful activity. This determination is at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked immediately. Any data or exports you created during your subscription remain yours.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, we will notify users through Discord.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
